One of you didn't have binocs and were steadily "glassing" the clearcut with your riflescope. At one point you held dead on me for what seemed like an eternity.
I was in a treestand on the far end of a clearcut, you guys were walking up the road in the middle. One of you didn't have binocs and were steadily "glassing" the clearcut with your riflescope. At one point you held dead on me for what seemed like an eternity. It was so long that I was worried you were about to take a shot and I came da*n close to sending some lead your way. I was mulling over in my mind whether a jury would convict me because I truly feared for my life a few moments there.
What/where is Marckworth? Not an area I have heard of before, just curious.
I know of 2 small ones taken this year. One was a 2 pt. taken last night right off the road about 50 feet.
Right on, learned something new today!

Sadly I see a law in the future that if you hunt with a scoped rifle,.you will need to carry a pair of binoculars, too. All thanks to the *censored* waffles amongst us that love their $1,500.guns a little too much but suddenly "can't afford" a $500 pair of binos.
