Well this years tags are notched and I am already counting the days until next Elk season!  This year the Elk gods shined on me and I killed a bull here in WA and a cow in WY.  Now all I have to do is wait!

What do you do to pass the time in the off season?

Tag soup for me again this year.
I will be trying to fulfill my late season archery deer tag, hunting birds, fishing, scouting, family camping, alpine back packing. Will be busy to say the least! But can't wait to get out and pursue for another elk season!
fear no fish!!

Fish, scout, get in shape, scout, hunt coyotes, trap beaver, and scout

Speaking of game cams.....I have never used them but want to get 2 or 3 this winter so I can scout a bit without being there.  Does anyone have reccomedations for good game cams that won't break the bank?
