Talked to lots of guys that eat cougar.  Say it is GREAT.  It is a white meat like pork from what I understand.  Tell ya what.  You find one, I will shoot it and eat it and let you know how it is.  Deal? :dunno: :chuckle:

Cougar is VERY Good.  I got one on a depredation permit with hounds a few years ago.  A guy in Concunully made breakfast sausage out of it.  It was GREAT!!! :drool:
