A Canadian citizen can purchase 5000 rounds and take it over the border, they have to declare it at the border.I am no lawyer,You can not sell to anyone that you know can not legally purchase it themselves. There are a few exceptions, all of which they will be able to show paperwork.As a whole though, you shouldn't be selling to anyone other than a US Citizen.
Who gives a crap whats legal in Canada, you need to worry about whats legal in the US.
