As far as I know Joe is not head of the game wardens dept. Natural Resource officers are through a different dept. That being said Im hoping to go get me a wolf this weekend or sometime in the near future. I know where theyve been hanging out

........and I've always thought for 12 years he was. Thanks for setting me straight.

Yes we are under a different program. We are part of the parks and recreation. Joe is the head of fish and wildlife. They make the rules and we enforce them.

My Uncle was the head of wildlife for a long time, and Joe was the head of Fish, as stated, I think they are one now, and Joe is the head of them.   My uncle is the one that brought elk back to the rez.   I got to see the process in Kodachromes one night.  The genetics of the one particular bull they brought in was UNREAL!

Yeah it opened up this last week. I hit some of the popular spots and couldn't get any answers and no tracks to be found.

I think alot of them had some preseason trimming.   I didn't run into NEARLY the amount of sign I did last year.  No encounters or sightings.
