Come on you guys, do the math. WDFW knew they had 8 to 12 wolves in the pack and they only killed 6 or 7. Of course they know there are still wolves there. I'm glad to see proof like this getting out to the public that part of the pack is still there. Then when the cattle problems begin again we have proof that you have to take out the whole pack.
some of those pics you'll notice that a new dominate male has taken over, why I took the pics of the marking on random bushes.WDFW shot the last dominate male, another took it's place, the pack lives on.
Dale/ KF you need to get the photos to the Wolf Bio up there. He is interested in any info you may have or sounded like that when I talked to him this fall.
I forwarded your photos to the Wildlife Commission and to Donny Martorello, whom I think is in charge of the wolf program now. Thanks for posting.
You could have put it all in a ziplock baggie with a note saying "you missed one" and the GPS coordinates and mailed it WDFW.
Found my pocket camera in my ammo bag.So here is a photo of the wolf poo from the wedge unit after they had shot all of them. This was just up the road from the Diamond M in Oct. I didn't take a pic with a handgun setting in the pile! But for referance the boot is a 10.5. Looks like who ever did this made several trips throught the buffet line.

I would guess bear from the pictures.
