Montana Questions

Has anyone hunted in Joplin Montana this year?
Were heading that way to go deer hunting this Sunday?
Wondering if anyone has seen any descent size bucks?
Its up by the Canadian boarder.

Which way out of Joplin?

If you can get all the way up on the Milk River where it crosses the border there is some phenomenal country.  Doesn't get much hunting pressure.

Make sure you stay in Region 6/Hill County.  The Region 4 districts are only a three week season I believe.

Yes it is.  Don't know how hard it is to get permission.

Thanks for asking we did good. Me and my friend got two nice white-tail bucks I got a 20 inche wide 4x5 and he got a 5x5. We spotted them deep down in a cooley so we went down there got within 100yrds and let them have it. I shot mine first then his ran up on to the hill then he shot.
My dad got a descent 4x5 muley. Then my friends dad got  real nice 4x4 muley.
