I thought somehow that if the property is posted " no hunting" even the land owner by law could not hunt that land either... Some guy from the local NRA was talking to me about that... Just hear say, speculation... yeah that use to be the law atleast. i think it still is.

I can understand stopping, and glassing some animals if you pass through an area heading to your destination. I do the same thing, but it seems that some people cannot contain themselves if they have a weapon in the vehicle. I have three nice holes in my 3D deer target in my backyard because some *censored* couldn't contain himself. I huntSome guy will drive though miles of private property glassing the deer then they cannot contain themselves when they see a nice buck so they figure they can shoot it, and no one will know any different. the eastside on private property, and this happens almost daily with the landowners propertys we hunt. I am sure most people are respectful, but there are enough idiots out there to make anyone who has property that holds animals pretty damn defensive about anyone hanging out around our places scoping out animals.

It is really out of control in some areas the land we hunt in the S.E. isn't anywhere near public land, or feel free to hunt. That didn't stop some dumb ass from pulling over to a CRP area my wife, and son were hunting this year, and take three shots at a mule deer doe with them directly behind the deer in orange. Something else for some of you to keep in mind many of these people that have animals shot on their property are non-hunters so they lump us all together when they see you pull up in orange with your bino's out the window you cannot blame them for being hostile.

I have a shared driveway, and it honestly looks like a logging road through the woods or something. But after you go in a few hundred yards you see the first home and so on. This year I have seen 6 vehicles with disabled hunter placards flying hunting my driveway I know no one has given any permission. The one guy I stopped and told him to turn around and get out of here. Yelled at me that I need to learn the regs, he is disabled and can road hunt. I told yah road hunt all you want but not on private property, but still he argued with me that since he was disabled he could do it. He got mad when I pulled out my phone and called the game office put in on speaker and asked them the laws when it comes to disabled hunters.
