aquatic invasive species
« on: March 31, 2013, 04:55:24 PM »
Here in OR, I have to buy a invasive species permit for boats that are not registered.  Boats that have current registration have already been charged the $10 fee for OR.  This only applies to boats >10'.   I also hunt WA with OR boats.  I have been checked many times by federal game wardens, and county police.  None of these guys have ever asked about the invasive species permit.  I have looked through the game bird regs and haven't found anything about it.  In the OR game bird regs, it clearly states that you have to have one.  I know in ID I have to have one but what about WA?  Let me know if anyone knows anything about this....
