2012 Selkirk Mts Buck
« on: November 19, 2012, 03:02:09 AM »
Got this nice buck the second evening of the late buck season in unit 111. Public land, no pre season scouting. Just used the knowledge I gained on last year's hunt to find a likely area. Got a small 3x3 last year in the same general area. Took last year's buck still hunting and this one by posting up where I could watch a small clearcut in the late afternoon.

I love the challenge of getting a mt. buck.   They put you to the test.
