MOJO Spreader Question

Does anyone have the directions to the MOJO 4 way decoy spreader? My hunting partner has a set that he purchased a few years ago and lost the darn thing. We hooked up two today one did not do anything and the other the center came out of the water. And yes he did mess with the jerk cord set up.
