What time do you want me over Boss? :chuckle:  That just looks like it's going to taste really good.  Happy Thanksgiving.   John

What temp, for how long, and what type of wood did you smoke it with?
So far it looks good....would like to see a picture of the finished product.
If you love something you will set it free, if it don't come home, hunt it down and kill it.

All done!  2 and a half hours at 180 degrees, and 3 hours at 275 degrees. Breast temp 180,  letting stand now. Smoked with apple wood.

Breast temp 180,

Did you intend to cook to that high of a temp? How was the moisture content? I have had better luck at 160-165, then wrap with foil and let rest.

I usually smoke to 165F in the breast meat.  Pull it out and put some foil over the top of it and let it sit for 30 minutes to let all the juices flow back into the meat before I slice and dice.

Aside from  that, I bet that sucker taste good and made some slobber knockin good sandwiches  cause it sure looks good....

300 ive smoked ALOT of chickens, way to fast bro, you cooked it with smoke, hell my oven at 325 took longer then that  :o :o
next time let it smoke slow, SLOWWWW like 130 degrees, 180 MAX and only a short time to finish it off. til it hits 180 on its own if you force it then its gonna be dryer then dirt. also, a water tray over the smoke will help HUGE!

you get over 150 your not smoking your cooking
