Woody, you may not be wrong. This was a green score so it will definitely shrink a bit in mass. Do you have any pics of the buck you are referring to? Was the 47 green or after drying period?

um mmmmm.. ummmmm.. will post in a moment.. having a major horngasm here...
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Congrats on the buck. He is a stud. I figured he would go 220-230 on the hoof. Awesome buck

Is this the buck you were telling me about?  What a stud!

Congrats Link, now you should just stop hunting deer in this state because everything else you have an opportunity to harvest is just going to be a dink.  :chuckle:

Whats wierd about that? One of your good friends calls and tells you he shot a good buck, and you offer to drive three hours one way, just to come over and help pack out and join in the experience??? You wouldn't do that?  :dunno:
Thanks again TGray! You know we have to work on getting you a big buck and me a big bull now! :chuckle:
Couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy! Great Job link and thanks for letting me help with the pack out!

What a silly post. "Thanks for letting me help with the pack out". Weird.
.    I'm not sure what's "weird" about that either link, maybe they have never left the road and don't know what it is like to cut a animal up and pack it 4-5 miles! Or they just want something to bitch about. Either way I don't really care I had a great time and would've drove 10 hours if I had too. And I'm not picky link, I would be happy with a 185" buck like you got last year.
