Up here, the ranchers that lease the grazing rights on DNR land cannot post it like they own it. It's our public land and they can't tell you to stay off of it. I was told this from by some big landwoners up here. They post it to keep people off of their " private hunting grounds ". Please correct me if this is B.S.

Contact the local office, they will send the LEO to investigate... these government entities usually have little or NO knowledge of what is going on in a specific area, unless people like us hunters report it to them.
