Large Forky
« on: December 01, 2012, 09:00:22 PM »
I'd like to thank everyone who gave me advice during my first attempt at bow hunting.  After drawing the multi-season tag, I was anxious about bow hunting since I had never even seen it done other than on television.

Although I got a large Forkey it wasn't with the bow.  I took it during the late buck season with my muzzy.  (Firearm restricted unit)

I enjoyed the archery season so much that I plan to buy another archery deer tag again next year so long as the shoulder still feels good enough to try it again.

Again, thanks for all the help and advice.

Good work! A lot of guys aren't bold enough to give archery a try. Keep shooting all year, will strengthen that shoulder, tighten your groups and build your confidence. It's more work but the reward at the end is so much sweeter. Keep after it.
Never stop preparing for next season.
