late whitetail buck down
« on: November 25, 2012, 12:01:52 PM »
filled my deer tag this morning. took this 5x4 at 22 yards. not the biggest buck on the hill but i told myself 5 on a side and im shooting. and he was just hanging out right there for 5 minutes after running off 8 does, he was asking for it.  :chuckle: i actually passed him in the early season. finishes out another great year hunting in WA! i filled my deer tag, elk tag, and bear tag all otc hunts. also my GF got her deer which was much bigger and older than mine.  :bash:
anyways thanks for looking!

no good field pics with me in them because i was all alone and forgot to bring the tripod with me.

Thanks all! It was a very fun morning. I couldn't move from daylight until I shot.

That stabilizer is a doinker dish. I use what works best for me. That is a heavy stabilizer and also balances.my bow well. And it looks cool! :IBCOOL:

I think this buck was a troublemaker... I found a pellet from a pellet gun just under the hide on his rump! Got into someone's garden a few too many times I think.  :chuckle:
