OK I have pm'd some of you about this before.  Some of my Ideas were a big wild game potluck, wild game, fish and fowl.  Have a few door prizes and raffles and games.  Maybe even an auction!  And I think we should get some Huntwa gear going, hats, longsleeve shirts shortsleeve shirts, hooded sweatshirts and regular ones too.  Good place to award the H&H trophies.  I would be up for center state Moses Lake or maybe E-burg.  Maybe get a hall to donate a night.

Or have it catered and charge per plate,  did not think about keeping the food warm thing.  If we did a summer one as well we could do it at my place,  I have 135' of lake front a large yard, big deck, dock and a hot tub for M-ray, pope and TL to share!   Lots of trout and some good largemouths.

As far as keeping foot warm and cold that is no problem we have done it 2 times allready in this place.

Here are a few suggestions (some stolen from Muskrat and the BTC get together).

Raffle. Everyone bring something for the raffle. Videos, knives, calls, etc. preferably new, but gently used is ok. Every registered member gets 3 tickets and guests get one ticket.

Organize and intersperse times for raffle, food, chit chat and "mini seminars" on calling, tuning, etc.

Some sort of gaming system with fishing and hunting games could be real funny to watch.

Hunting dvds would be cool as background "music".

BTKR thanks for the input. Food will be potluck. But at this time I will hold of on that till guys have a idea of game meat. Other then you guys that have gotten bear I would like to do a raffle that would be good. I will add BTKR's idea on the other one as a event so guys start coming up with raffle stuff. I will get the tickets.

We could book the Everett Events Center. Plenty of room for fun in there, plus some people could ice fish next door in the hockey rink.

If this were to take place on the Eastside  (Ellensburg) I could contribute.  PA System, Video equipment etc.  Even help organize if needed.

Yeah I agree it should be center state,  I think we would get a better turnout.
