Just noticed his bum leg, I'm sure it has something to do with that.  I've seen deer and elk antlers grow goofy when they're injured.

You're right, I thought the front near leg was missing the lower half.  I see both hooves now though!

Many years go my buddy and I were arguing that we were to high for deer hunting.  A light snow began to fall and we broke out of the timber to a small flat and there were goats bedded down.  The bigger billy closest to us stool and had a obvious deformity to a rear leg and bad gimp.  Has any one else seen a goat with a permanent injury?  My buddy agreed we where to high and climbed down the other side and I shot a small 2 pt black tail 40 minutes later.  He then went back on the offensive essentially saying "see I told you we weren't to high for deer"
