You have to eat that if you get one I guess that is why I have a dog
Rice breast is nothing new.
I was not aware of rice breast until this year. I opened up a fat green head and the breasts were riddled with the little parasites. That duck did not get eaten.Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

Ok, I will say it. I have cut out infected areas and eaten the other portion. Cooking kills this parasite. Many many guys have eaten a whole lot of this parasite in the past with no ill effect. One more reason I like to skin and not pluck my waterfowl.

In the birds I have found the parasite in, I could not cut the bad parts out. I choose not to eat it in my birds but they make excellent crab bait.
