If it were me I would look for a two year old used top of the line bow.  You can find one fully set up for cheaper than 1100.  Or if you had to have new I'd buy the hoyt charger $499 and use the rest of the money to buy top of the line sights and rest.  Still puts you under 1100.

I picked up a new alpine this year for 700.  I like it a lot and they have the best customer service I have experienced.

Never has been a better time to look at $499 - $599 bows.  2013's crop is fantastic in that price range.  Mission Ballistic, Hoyt Charger, PSE Drive and many more ... all fast, all easy to shoot, all quiet, all fantastic bows for the money!  Then you can afford to put some dang good accessories on them without selling a pint of blood and your first born.

You can get a hell of a set up with that kind of money on Archerytalk.com, the classifieds have some great finds. I bought my hoyt from that website and paid only 450 for it with some accessories, it's a maxxis and was only 1 year old at the time.
