Best camera ever made....best being evolutionary, sound, etc.
I sold mine with the 600 lens to buy an A2-E with a 400 5.6 Sigma. Took alot of pics with that camera right on the verge of digital. BIG MISTAKE selling tha AE-1. I lucked out and a guy gave me one. YEAH! I haven't had the chance to play much with it, but just having one makes me HAPPY
