I can't believe a member of the Wildlife Viewing Commission is doing this. It seems to me a conflict of interest for him to be running around as a Member of Conservation NW, acting as a wolf proponent and educator whilst a sitting member of the Commission.

I work for a Canadian company, so I need to use the word "whilst" occasionally.
