I have heard it is best to order straight from foxpro's website and that way you can choose what calls are on it. I think they also have a refurbished site somewhere that has them cheaper. Not sure what the site is though. Good luck.

If you go to the all predator calls website they have them. They will do the sounds you want as well, they are a big foxpro dealer and have always treated me good.

great people to work with you can pick your own sounds and if you go to their site you can print off a list of all sounds available to choose from

I agree 100%. That being said, the firestorm is sweet. Fox pro's higher end calls are hard to beat.

LOL- I bought a really cheep foxpro call and it had a few calls on it but no remote. I borrowed it to a cousin while in North Dakota last year and forgot to get it back when I left. I switched to hand calls on the few hunts after that and doubled my success. I think half the trouble was no remote and too much movement along with the repetitive same sound. I'm not sure but I do like the hand calls better so far.

I like the performance of my firestorm.  A few things that I have learned from experiences using the call

1.  Only use the front speaker.  Using both speakers draws the batteries down much faster.  I don't believe there is any advantage to using both speakers.
2.  Test your sound files on both front and back.  I found a few of the files sound were slightly distorted on one speaker and clearer on another.
3.  The camo paint on the unit wears off in about 6 months.
4.  Tie some type of lanyard or D-ring hook.  This is to hang the call in a tree.  Sound broadcasts better.
5.  If you are hunting cougar or want an uncomfortably close encounter with one get the "Elk Calf Distress" sound file.
6.  My favorite and inital go to sound file for hunting coyotes/predator is "Lightening Jack"  and "Cottontail Distress"  "Fox Pup Distress".  "Challenge Howl" has varible results but when it works coyotes come running in like a freight train.
7. Put the remote controller on a lanyard (better that purchasing a new one after losing one)
8. I have the default "Fox Bang" feature on and set with the "Coyote Pup Distress" sound file.  A warning however if you bump the hand controller hard enough it will active the "Fox Bang" feature.
9. Good luck.

Works off the remote.  It senses the gunshot.  Like Ken said, you have to avoid bumping the remote against someting or you will set off the "foxbang" function.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
