Bone is right, you need a little foot traffic to get them out of their beds.  You can't see anything in that crap.

One of the funnest weekends I had was showing up over there when they do their deer count on quads.  It was like a freaking circus.  Deer running in every direction.  Can't tell you how many times people asked "what the hell are you doing?" carrying a rifle and wearing orange out of season.

Curlewkiller, I talk to the biologist and sent him this picture. He said that it was only the second time in 15 years he had ever heard of this.

I had a friend here in town kill a dandy 4x4 with eye gaurds this year in oregon. Flipped it over and doe on the back end :yike:
