Late season or not
« on: September 10, 2008, 10:55:43 AM »
How many hunt the late season? I prefer the late season myself. I used to hunt around Twisp (my parents have a house there) but the last couple of years I have been chasing whitetails around Chewelah. After reading some posts I might try and look for some whitetails in the Methow this year. I get to take my nephew out during modern firearm this year so I am excited about that.

I love the late hunt. It's colder, the deer are lovestruck, fewer hunters, fewer hunters, fewer hunters. I can't wait!!!

I like the late hunt fo rall that was mentioned.  I have been trying to work hunting on the early season near our property, as the cabin a few miles away brings in 8-9 guys with him during the late season, so wherever you go, there they are.
