Looking at the first pics, it looked like a big rat.  Last pic proves it--Quill-pig!

Its a young not fully developed Manbearpig i would say its only been hatched a day or two it has not quite developed its shark fin yet

thats definitely a porcupine.. my advice is to shoot him, and give me the skin.  i have a dream of a porcupine hide coat.  i will wear it in crowded places.  already know a professional fashion designer chick willing to make my custom porky coat for me if i supply the hides.  so yes, im accepting donations.
