Official weigh in date.................................   This is embarassing....... I have never weighed so much in my life.   I stepped on the scale this morning, and it doesn't go this high.   WOW.   I had to come to work at the hospital and step on one here.   Thats just plain scary.    Thanks for doing this contest because it woke my fat bottom up.  Beginning weight....  315

realistic goal 255.  Would love to shave it to 245.

just checked, actually 269, 265   I'm in, too much grilling for me    Great, now what am i gonna grill, a salad? O well all good things must come to an end, time to get back on my blood pressure pills so i can work out, god I hate pills. I guess Ill start off today by planning meals and getting my body re-hydrated with water. I hate water. we need a "bitching about being hungry" thread

I agree!   I skipped my coffee and mountain dew this morning.    Body thinks its in shock.
