Runamuk, I get that. I don't plan on posting weight each week either. I rarely get on the scale. Your right being a girl sucks and being a girl our age sucks even worse! I read in a book last year that most of our (girls) up and down weight is mostly water weight. If you drink lemon water throughout the day it helps to keep from retaining water. I'm trying to get in the habit of drinking the lemon water. Sometimes I love it and sometimes, I just want plain water. I keep a 64oz jug by my sink and try and drink two of them per day. I use an old gatorade bottle. For me it works because my teeth are sensitive to cold and so having room temperature water is ok with me and it makes it easy to monitor my water intake.
wow, just bought a scale, havent had one in six years. heaviest of my life, weighed in at 248 lookin for 180 by september, time to buy some running shoes. going to check in each week to shame myself if i dont have my $*** together
