351Wow! I was 280 a year ago and have never been 351! My goal by the end of this camp is to be 241 but will be happy with 260. My starting weight is 351.
Stuck on 150 again this week. I am starting a 3 day fast/cleanse to see if I can break through the plateau and get dropping again. Really want to be in the 140's!

That'll do more to get you through a plateau than fasting. All that does is slow your metabolism down even more.

I rotate through about 10 workout dvd's so I'm not sure how I might change my workout and further. I've considered running, but I'd have to go somewhere to run, no place around our home. But 2 days into my cleanse and I'm 148, I'll take that.
