Ok you exercise freaks I need to know your motivation I was working lots and exercising lots. It got me wore out and sick. Not getting enough rest. I am all better know but finding it hard to get motivated to go workout after a long day of work. How do you push yourself and what supplements do you us? Thanks
283 this morning down 51lbs. Haven't seen alot of people posting up. Has everyone dropped off the wagon . Hope everyone is still sticking with it.

Don't make the mistake I did last year and start off good and then stumble and not continue participating. We are all going to stumble sometime during the 243 days, it's going to happen. Just jump right back on the wagon and keep going
