Can a silencer be put on a rifle with a muzzle brake? IF so, how does the noise level compare to a rifle with no brake and no silencer?

Depends on the type of brake.  Surefire makes a brake/adapter that their quick attach cans will mount to.  With the can on is the normal silencer noise level.  Not sure what they sound like with just the brake.
