G'day carpsniperg2
I didn't mention, that first stag is a Samba - Rusa cross. I've shot a lot of them here, the one hanging from the tree is a big Rusa yearling. There's heaps of pigs over here, my mates catch them with dogs, I don't shoot them until I've shot the deer I'm after.
Here's a pic of how I camp, I throw a tarp over a rope stretched between two trees. Normaly sleep on the ground in a swag, had the roof tent this time.
Cheers
Bob

I was wondering with the color of that stag. That is way cool! love the mass on him! I have hunted a lot in new zealand so most of those animals I have chased around before. If it was not for so many nasty spiders and snakes I might live there :chuckle:

Good on yah H2o hunter. I'm suffering today! we had a party lastnight,my mates going over your side next month for 2 years to train your special force guys, couldn't tell me much all hush hush. He's in a SAS helicopter crew. Anyway I'm suffering. I had a guy & his wife came over from your side named   Rick and Tina Ferguson I took them fishing for some big Cobia, I think they also hooked a Marlin.

I have a mate in Victoria that hunts a lot of Samba around his place, he often swaps hunts just came back from Ireland

:dunno:Hey guys, I did say I'm new to this! How do I start a new subject? I can't figure out how I started this one!!!
I'm looking for a case catcher to put on my bolt action rifle, it's a 6.5x47 Lapua necked up to 30 cal awesome caliber spits out 150gn 308's @ 3000fps with 44gns of powder. The cases are sized up & neck turned so I don't want to loose any while hunting.

Cheers
Bob
