I believe they mentioned one permit per hunter, not entirely sure?  I'll have to ask the family member again and the season doesn't end until all the permits have been filled.

I think its awesome, but don't udnerstand the difference between Colville versus Spokane rez rules.  We have heard lots about Colville but didn't know the Spokane tribe had jumped on board.

what don't you understand bone?  at the colvilles house they make the rules, at the spokanes house they make the rules! From my understanding colvilles have a season and a quota of 9 wolves,  rumor is spokanes open year around with no limit, Im guessing they are using wyoming rules which is saying they better not stray on to the spokane rez!lol
