If you really want to dial your range turrets, have Leupold put a CDS dial on it.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

:) I have had gun shops mount scopes really well and really bad :dunno: :dunno:
Just a few weeks ago I had a store guy mount my scope on my new AR. He put the mount on backwards, the front of the mount pointed back. LOL :chuckle:

actually kesselring.  Not sure that they did a bad job, but I will check it for sure.  Like I sad I did knock it really hard once when I fell and had to significantly alter the MOA to get it to shoot straight again, so I wonder if I bent the rings.  Leupold wants 160 for custom turrets, I am going to have a LR reticle installed for 70, have them check the scope at the same time.  The Lr reticle has holdover dots that closely resemble my gun ballistics, that should be plenty for what I am looking to do.  I would rather wait to have the custom turrets on a nicer scope and when I am a little better of a shooter

i took a 50 ca tradition evolution to the shop in mckenna to get fixed after i couldnt figure it out and he gave me a load of crap. i waited for about a year going every few months while he would say he would order a new this or that for the gun and never did.
the last time i went in there he told me there was nothing wrong with the gun that i had bad powder. that was just an excuse because the powder had nothing to do with the gun. my problem was the musket and number 11 caps would not go off to even give the powder a chance to work. i tried new caps nipples etc nothing would work.
he stank so bad of alcohol i think he was drunk on the job
i think he wasnt all there
will never go back
anyways i have a leupold 4x12x50 and my adjustments have been spot on
love the scope
good luck with yours
