I was expecting something way worse. Thats part of bow hunting as far as I'm concerned.  He followed WDFW regulations.  Whats not to like?  First shot was right on the money.

Nice job on staying on your cow.

Not as bad as I thought either, but I still would have pulled the arrows for some pictures to post. It only takes a second to remove them digitally as well.

I am going to go with the pic with the arrows removed, nice job billythekidrock, I think it looks better that way, the other way did not bother me though and if he is proud of that then post away !!!

Nice job on the success, there will be ton's of us that wished we had just one chance to shoot at an elk and you got 4, that is excellent !!!

I've done the same thing. I really try to clean them up for a good pic but my daughters 1st deer looked horrible and my first bear wasn't the greatest pic either.
