Bronco Driver

So my rig got featured in last quarters Bronco Driver Magazine. Even though it was an owner furnished article, I was more than honored to be selected to get my rig in print. It's not the cleanest 72' Bronco Sport in the state, but I have poured a ton of my time, money, and energy into it. She has finally gotten to a point where I just get to enjoy her, and it feels really good to be able to say that. The work and money she requires will never quit, but what fun would that be.

Nice...   My brother has two Bronco's.  One is a 1969 that he built for 4X4'ing and playing around.  It has 39.5 inch tall tires and runs off of propane or some crap like that.

His other is a road queen which use to be his parts rig.  But he found a good tub and and it was all over after that.  But yours is really nice and I like your colors.

I love that series Broncos, nice work!  I was learning to drive when they were new on the market, I fell in love with them then.  My 65 442 and 67 GTO took preference though when it came to buying.

Never have. Hunting in the Sinlahekin is the furthest she has traveled with me. Previous to the restoration, my Bronco had a really tough life of wheeling. I have the bills to prove it. I still take it out in the muck, but much more conservatively now.

It was a tough decision on which route to go when building it. I have always been a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so I prefer the 12.50's and flared fenders. But I do really appreciate a well done, stock, uncut Bronco. I wanted something in the middle that wasn't done up to much to be uncomfortable on the highway, but still did great in the sticks.
 
Little side note... The winch is a 76' Warn 8274. I completely restored and powder coated it. Wrapped it with a 150' of synthetic line, and it works beautifully. Kind of neat to have that old of an 8274 still kicking. Speaks well of Warn.

Oh he'll yeah dude, that is a sweet ass rig right there, I had a 76 f250 factory highboy, it was beautiful, was    I had to sell her though, congrats man, it's always awesome to see your hard work and time get notice.

That is my dream rig!  Has been since I was 12!  Perfectly done.  I can afford one, but am afraid if I buy or build one, I wouldn't have the heart to take it hunting!  Right now I'm building a samurai, and possibly a cherokee.  They have no soul so I can wheel them with no regrets.

Love it! If I ever get a classic vehicle, it's going to be a Bronco. There is one in my neighborhood, all white without the top that I absolutely love.
