Gasman that grill looks awsome.  I am praying to santa that he will inspire you to make it to the catfish rendevous.  Seriously I want to make a grill like that just for roast pig and will see ya there. lol

i have never had kfc with sauce on it but then again i never go there its too expensive

it is rather spendy but I do like their bbq wings every once in a great while (since there's no hooters within a half hour drive   ).

The grill is 16' long and weighs in at 2600 lbs. Tows like a dream, cooks like a dream and is a blast to show up to parties with.
I bought from Ben Lang in Georga. Its the Lang 84 super delux longneck. Its all wood fired and does a great job.
I can do about 300 lbs of meat on it at one time.
