Looks good, when is it going to happen? what Haven't seen is a killer brisket put up. You are a true master if you can put up one of those that is properly barked, ringed, tender and flavor full. I will post pics soon BTY bark does not equal a burnt sugar filled sauce which I'm seeing a good bit of

Spring, early summer it is still in the planning stages. Maybe a monerator can post this so it will still be here in a few months.  I have offered my place and just think nicer weather would be better for cooking and pick nick ing!
