the mouth of the palouse river at lyons ferry has to be in the middle of something, lol.  That is where the catfish rendevous is held.  Rasbo says the second weekend of june.  Sounds like a great time.  :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL:

If we could coordinate that with the beginning of the school year at WSU, I'd be all for it. That 13 hour round trip last week was a literal pain in the butt.

Being a good judge of BBQ our Y.A.R Medicine Man Plateau has the upper hand. Everything he posted looks top notch in my opinion and that after cooking for a big bunch of DU folks last week. I would like to see a Hunt WA cook-off and maybe bring in Bobby Flay as the official judge.
