Not trying to leave anybody out at all? I do believe that one who has mastered the art of bbq wildgame meat is one i can learn from! Beef and such isnt really all that complicated of a protein to bbq. Hope that stirs the pot a little! :chuckle: :sry:

A honest and serious question, as I have yet to figure out the cooking lingo out here.
What exactly do you mean by "bbq wildgame".
Smoked meat? Grilled meat on a grill? cooked however with Bar-B-Que sauce on it?  I honestly have no idea what to think and am curious to what the first thing that comes to mind in a Washingtonian's (is that what you guys call yourselves?) mind when they see this term.

I call it grillin' but it's really smokin'.  Low and Slow............none of this gas crap, just good ole fashion stick and on occasion some charcoal.

So in HuntinCouples comment "the art of BBQ wildgame"...BBQ = Grilling which is cooking with a smoker over wood and some charcoal?

Being the true native washintonian i is! My interpretation of bbq wildgame is wild free ranging meat to include alligators to the squatch and everything inbetween , cooked over fire of any sort to melt in the palate of the mouth????   :chuckle:

Well the one I posted was made by me for a buddy. We do at least one pig roast  year, we even did one a few years ago for the Rainier Retriever Hunt Club after the Field Trial Test. Happy Gilmore was there

Mine is not that fancy!  I love that cooker by the way   Mine is a old 6ft Charcol BBQ that I added a commercial rotisserie.  Fired up the charcol and piggy on top for 8-10hrs

I also made a grill top for it. After the pig is done, we add the grill and BBQ any other item we want.

Don't have pic, but I have done 16 chicken halves at one time.

Also did a small pig Ribka, but after the pig was off, I did some crab on it :EAT:
