went shopping, lets call it cook off preparation

You only get to see a tidbit  :drool: went shopping and all hell broke loose :rockin: first, ingredients in man bulk, then a 15 lb boneless piggy butt, then stuff you cannot see  ;)

Then a sample of slices when we got home in my homemade sauce, topped off with some grilled peppercini, and a few grilled after a sauce dip.. pure heaven

seriously go to cash & carry, th3e 15 lb butt was only $20, it will easily feed 12-15 people, it's freakin huge, i dont know if you can tell but its 4" thick  :o

I'm thinkin this needs to be at an evening bon fire... Might melt the paint off the tailgates though.
