Looking for a sponsor or two
« on: December 18, 2012, 08:36:57 AM »
We are once again having the Hunt WA Biggest Loser Comp.  Last year I donated $150 towards a knife from Rainshadow.  Wondering if any of the sponsors would like to donate or partially donate to the cause.  I know you folks get hit up all the time, so if not I completely understand.  I want to keep the prize(s) to folks who support this site so even if you are unable to donate, how about sending me some ideas via PM.  Thanks!!   :hello:

Jason and Rick,

I've got to say that you guys are excellent.  You guys seem to always step up and help out.  I've got calls from both of you, and have to say they are prime equipment!

Thanks for all that you do for this forum,

Dave

I am a site sponsor & considering the business I'm in, I will be glad to help with a donation to this.

How about a 16x20 or 11x14 print of any photograph I have on here that is compatible with being printed at that size(some photos maybe limited due to resolution problems)  drop shipped directly to the winner.

Or it could be for someone in the lead by April so they could go this year?  Just a suggestion.

Thanks everyone for your donations. I think we have plenty now, much more and we might see some cheating.   :chuckle:  I'm thinking of splitting up the prizes, any suggestions or am I making it too complicated and should the winner just receive all the prizes?  Last year we had a tie, but it was an easy fix as I had donated $150 towards a knife from Rainshadow and we just split that between the two winners.  What do you folks think? Love to hear a suggestion or three.  Thanks again!

Can award a prize for single most loss in a month, can award 1st, 2nd or 1st 2nd and 3rd.   Can do a three month prize (turkey hunt)  or make it easy on yourself and have one winner.   At this point I'd almost think it would be easiest to do 1st 2nd 3rd.......

That might keep the monetary amount in range too, and get more people to be motivated.

Could let the 1st place winner pick his prize, 2nd place next choice, and so forth.  :dunno:
