I respect OG's input and I'm sure he would write someone up and create a sheet storm for them.. But I think it's a bit of a stretch to call a shed trap illegal under the "harassment" laws posted. Now if there is the possibility the animal could become ensnared in the trap that would be a different story and it makes sense that it could be considered hunting.

In regards to "naturally shed".. A snare that falls off in a trap is still naturally shed.

    A buck has died from a shed trap made of bungees cause he just couldnt get freed from pushed in the ground by hand fence posts    I didnt realize deer were so weak and just barely manage to even walk with all that head gear up there
