They right of way for county roads is 30 feet from the center of the road. State highways are 50 feet from the center of the road. The freeway's are federal.

The freeway's are federal.So you're saying county roads are 60 feet and state highways are 100? That may be true for some, but certainly not for all. I sure wouldn't count on that as being a universal rule to go by. The width of a county or state right of way can be anything. And those widths can vary on the same road as well. If it's 60 feet wide at one point, a mile down the road it might only be 40.
