just kind of freestyled it.  used canned raw pack venison... falls apart so nicely.  with some anaheim peppers and walla walla sweet onions chopped and sauteed in bacon grease, a little bit of famous daves bbq sauce, some cayenne pepper and garlic.. then threw that hot mess on some hawaiian sweet rolls with a little pepperjack cheese and couple chunks of thick cut peppered bacon.  absolutely delicious
