Santa was nice to me.

What should I build? Long range or short range set up?

Oh the options are endless!!!

I had to buy two lowers because I couldn't decide. :chuckle:

For gun 1 I ordered a RRA CAR A4 kit with a half quad handguard. Gun 2 will be a 6.5 Grendel using an AA lightweight complete upper with custom handguard, grip, and buttstock. Everything has been on order for over a month, I hope to have it all in the next 2-3 months :(.

Whatever you do, put the Rock River 2-stage NM trigger in it.  The standard trigger is CRAP!  :twocents: Also, the RRA Winter Trigger Guard ($15) is probably the best acessory you can get.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

I have three other ARs so this one might end up with a 18-20" barrel.

I just ordered a 20" barrel in 6mmX6.8 SPC for my next build.  The person I talked to when I ordered it said the barrel will be shipped in 6-8 weeks.  That translates into 6-8 MONTHS.  But that's no biggie anyway.  I have 4 others I can shoot in the meantime.  :IBCOOL:

Zombie killer half way done.

Magpul UBR stock
Magpul enhanced trigger guard
Magpul MAID grip
Magpul 20 and 30 round mags
RRA lower parts kit
RRA two stage trigger
KNS  trigger pins
AMBI safety switch

Now trying to find parts for the upper half is going to be fun. :bash:
