A question for y'all that have stand up ones, how did y'all make your racks?
I used one by twos an am thinkin I need to sturdy it up a lil more, with ply wood cut to fit the top of the rack or another set of one by twos to fit just inside the racks

will the glue in the press board affect the meat that is smoked?   :dunno:

How many pounds of meat do you intend to smoke at once, that thing is huge!

T I take the plastic barcode off the end of the
lumber. Not good to smoke with plastic
