My question is why can't a group put something together like this on the Westside? I've always heard good things about RCBC and some of the land is decent.

Pheasant. They release ~10 birds in about ten different areas (seems like they release through thanksgiving, but not sure about the exact date they stop releasing).

They release 10 birds per area per day, or ten for all areas per what?

They release ~10 birds in each area. They used to have a lot of signs up, this year I haven't noticed as many (there are still a few fields that are marked). The fields are scattered from near Mardons west To the Beverley Burke RD (a few even West of Bev Burke) between Highway 26 and 262.

Another good weekend for us, and we talked to several other groups that belong to the club that also did well.
