anybody heard of the bear hotel

was wondering if anybodys been or hunting in that area they call the bear hotel up  off road 1925 near sullivan lake. I went there sunday a.m and didnt see anything, just wondering if anybodys hunting that area and did well.

sorry i belive it was 1935 road and ive always hunted coyote ridge and down for bear but a friend said to try this area and so we did but lots of sign just no bear ive seen lots of grizz sow and two cubs last year up by monumental. we got a black bear last year down by motorcycle flats but havent seen much this year was just wondering any one has had any luck.

Monumental as off of Orin-Rice road?  Have property that borders that area...........
