Is it legal to have a barn owl stuff?  Picked up one of the side of the road not any damage and in good shape.  Its cool so wanted to maybe have it stuff.

The best thing you could do right now is to put that thing right back where you found it! ! !  Your not even legally allowed to pick one up off the road.  Let alone have it in your possession.

Hello moose master, unfortunately it is illegal to possess an owl unless you get a permit from WA Dept. Fish and Wildlife. So i would get a hold of them first. Hope this helps.
